Step 1: Advertisement on school website (www.lotusvalley.com) and in leading newspaper - 7 August, Sunday 2022 Step 2: Online application forms* available for download on school website (www.lotusvalley.com) - 9 August, Tuesday onwards**OROnline registration on www.lviscampuscare.in 9 August onwards - registration fee Rs 1000/- Step 3: Documents required*** - Recent photographs of child, father and motherChild s birth certificate (self-attested, Mandatory)Child s immunization record (self-attested, Mandatory)Child s Aadhaar Card/Passport (self-attested)Parents Aadhaar Card (self-attested, Mandatory)Step 4: Admission updates will be sent by EMAIL ONLY. No telephonic communication will be made/entertained for the same. Step 5: Eligible candidates will be informed via email regarding dates of assessment and/or interaction. Please be advised that the school will not accommodate any requests for change of dates. Step 6: Admission offer letters will be sent via email to successful candidates. Subsequent to the receipt by parents of the school s admission offer, formalities must be completed within the stipulated time, else the offer will be Cancelled. *Please be advised that illegible or incomplete admission forms will not be accepted. **Please note that application/registration does not guarantee admission. ***The originals and photocopies must be presented/submitted in school when so requested by the school authority. WITHDRAWAL AFTER ADMISSION POLICYPlease note that if a parent elects to withdraw their child after depositing the full fee but before February 2023, the school will retain the Registration and Admission Fees, which are non-refundable, and refund the remaining amount.
