A. To complete the application procedure you must: i) Fill out the Online Registration Form. ii) Pay the necessary Application Processing Charges (non-refundable). The list of mandatory documents is as follows: 1. Birth certificate with date of birth, child, and parent s name. (Please ensure that the child sname, DOB and parent s names are the same as provided in the Registration form). 2. Child s Adhaar card/Child s active passport (Optional) 3. Residence proof of either parent. (Any 2 documents from the list given below) a) Utility bill (Water/Electricity/Phone) b) Lease deed/Rent agreement c) Bank statement or passbook d) Passport/Adhaar card/Driving License 4. Proof of Alumnus of The Heritage School (Any Branch). Any document from the list givenbelow a) Migration Certificate of class 10th/12th b) Transfer Certificate c) Marksheet of class 10th/12th 5. Legal Documents in case of separation/divorce/adoption/single parent. 6. Applicant photo. 7. Transfer Certificate applicable for all grades except Nursery (Please ensure that the child sname, DOB and parent s names are the same as provided in the Registration Form). 8. Bona Fide Certificate from current school confirming child s name and DOB required fornon-nursery grades. 9. Report card for the previous grade (showing promotion to the class for which admission issought) can be submitted before joining the school.The documents listed must be self-attested. B. Once you have successfully registered, you will receive verification through SMS/Email bearing a Unique Registration Numberwhich you will use throughout the registration process. NURSERY, KG ADMISSION 2024-25 1. A draw of lots shall be conducted to select children from amongst the registered candidates. Intimation to all the candidateswho are selected by draw of lots shall be sent via Email/SMS/Whatsapp message. 2. The selected candidates must complete the following admission procedure - i) Submission of self-attested documents online as prescribed by the school ii) Acceptance of all rules, policies, and code of conduct applicable to The Heritage School Noida. 3. Admission will be granted post-verification of documents and payment of fees. FOR GRADES 1 TO 9: 8. Shortlisting of applications for Grade 1 to Grade 9 will be done based on seat availability. 9. In case there is no vacancy, the application may not be processed. 10. This application fee is non-refundable.
