Admission Procedure for Academic Year 2023-24 Kindly read the following procedure completely before applying PART 1: Application Registration Procedure (Link: https://www.jirs.ac.in/jirsform/) Register with the Student Name, Parent E-mail Id, Mobile no and create a unique log in credential. Authenticate the OTP (One Time Password) sent to the email Id. Sign in with the Username (Email id) and Password. Online Application Registration Form. Step 1: Application Form Note: It is mandatory to fill the application form, to be eligible for admission. Admission to JIRS is based on the merit of the candidate (academic, sports, cultural and other relevant fields) and is competitive due to limited boarding vacancies per class/ curriculum in comparison with the number of applicants. Filling the online application form is only a means to apply for admission and not to be considered as confirmation / granted admission. The details entered in the application form is non editable. Hence the candidate / parent should read the fields thoroughly and fill accurate details with care. On submitting the application form, you will be directed to the payment gateway. The non-refundable application fee is as follows: >>> Indian National(s) - Rs. 6000 /- >>>NRI(s) and Foreign National(s) - 120 $ On the successful completion of the application procedure an application id will be generated and communicated via registered Email id. This confirms the candidate s eligibility to proceed towards the next step: Jain Excellence Test (Assessment). Step 2: Assessment Assessment is mandatory for all candidates and it is conducted online. A platform for the candidate to participate in JET 2022 from campus / residence (t & c apply) A day @ JIRS (Optional: Parents may choose to visit JIRS before or after JET) >Arrival at the reception with prior appointment >Guided campus tour (1hr 15 min) >Interaction with PRO / Headmistress or Chief Opeartion Officer - JIRS >Interaction with Departmental Heads >Meeting with Chief Executive Officer (Head of JIRS) >Interaction with the students >Meet up with any other personals (Wardens, Matrons and Counsellors etc) >Meeting with Admission Department >Interaction with the School Authorities On the day of visit, a complete campus tour will be arranged for the family to have a first-hand experience of the school, followed by a meeting with the following authorities; Vice Principals of respective curriculum Chief Executive Officer / Haeadmistress / Chief Operating Officer - JIRS Sports: Departmental Heads / Coaches For Appointment: Visit Campus Tour section on home page of our website (www.jirs.ac.in) Step 3: Admission Registration Admission registration is the process to reserve a seat for the candidate, in his/her chosen area of interest. The candidate has to fulfill the assessment requirements to be eligible for Admission Registration Process. JIRS provides the option of Provisional Admission. The parent(s) have to mail the following details to admission@jirs.ac.in, to fulfill the provisional admission process; Recent examination result Admission Form A registration fee of INR 3,00,000 (Three Lakh Rupees Only) is to be paid through DD / Bank transfer / Cheque, to complete the Admission Registration. *The balance fee to be paid on a date, as communicated during the time of provisional admission *On completion of the Admission Registration Process / Roll number will be allotted to the candidate(s).
